it was chilly day for early June, but it didn't seem to matter. Hundreds of people lined up along the street, sparkling in hues of sunshine and rainbows.
This was a day for community to celebrate! It was Patchogue's very first PRIDE Parade.
Rainbow colored cars, unicorn floats, dazzling drag queens and even a decked out PRIDE Santa all made an appearance.
PCC showed up and showed off marching in a colorful plume of bubbles and tissue paper flowers. Onlookers cheered as we danced, shouted, and spread joy! I felt loved, we felt seen, we felt PROUD!
