Clouds and rainy weather didn’t keep us from the Mill Neck Manor Apple Festival! There were apples galore, live music and so much more. Everyone purchased various apple items and delicious fall treats to eat throughout the dae.  Some of our members even entered an apple pie eating contest! Shout out to our members Anthony and Caitlin for their valiant efforts in trying to finish a whole apple pie in three minutes!!!  It was a fun fall day!!!

What a night! On a perfect evening under the stadium lights, Positive Community Connections (PCC) turned up the energy for our annual trip to sing the National Anthem at the Long Island Ducks game — and this year, we went bigger, bolder, and louder than ever!

PCC members brought the sunshine to Centereach as we gathered for a playful meetup at Tiki Mini Golf! With tropical vibes all around, we felt like we were whisked away to an island getaway. Each hole was its own adventure—winding through mountainsides, weaving through caves, and even sneaking under waterfalls.

WHAT A NIGHT!!! PCC had a BLAST watching the NY Mets beat the Atlanta Braves, 13-5!! We saw the Home Run Apple make an appearance more times than we could count on both hands, so much so that they ran out of fireworks to set off with each home run hit. This was not only a fun-filled, energizing meetup but also quite historical. We witnessed history being made that night. Mets player Pete Alonso broke Daryl Strawberry's home run record right before our very eyes.
