On Saturday, May 16, John’s Crazy Socks is joining the Huntington Public Art Crawl and we want you to come celebrate with us.
This is a big deal for us. We just moved into our new home at 328A Main Street in Huntington Village, and the Art Crawl is our chance to throw open the doors and welcome our whole community inside. I can’t think of a better way to introduce ourselves to our neighbors.
Here’s what we have planned:
Chalk the Walk with John
We’re handing out chalk and turning the walkway from the street to our front door into a canvas. Come add your mark. John will be right out there with you.
Design a Sock Contest
This one is for the kids. If you have a child or student in your life up to age 18, bring them in. We’ll have sock templates ready to go — their job is to design the most colorful, creative sock they can imagine. The winner gets a bag of socks hand-picked by John himself. If you know John, you know that’s a prize worth competing for.
Photos with John
John loves meeting people. Come say hello, grab a photo, and let him spread a little happiness in person.
We’ll also have snacks, treats, and socks for sale — because what’s a visit to John’s Crazy Socks without a little sock shopping?
The Art Crawl is free to attend. You can check in at any Welcome Table around the village to get your free tote bag and a map of all the stops. We’ll be right there on Main Street, easy to find.
