Join Yoga Dan at the beach at the Sunken Meadow State Park. Experience the calm and relaxation of yoga in a truly beautiful enviroment. Yoga Dan is a certified yoga instructor and he will be leading you through poses and positions adapted to all ablities.
This is a Yoga Without Boundaries initiative special that you don't want to miss!
All are welcome. Registration is not required. Please bring a towel or yoga mat, water and comfy cloths.
We will be meeting on the beach directly in front of the snack bar board walk area.

Sunken Meadow State Park offers the Seafood Festival on Wednesday evenings in the summer, starting on Wednesday, June 5th!
This event is from 6-9pm. In the event of rain, the Seafood Festival would be canceled.
Join us for food, live music, boardwalk walking, and meeting up with friends both old and new.
This event is FREE to attend. Food will be available for purchase or you can bring your own!
