"My Disability Roadmap" film followed by Q&A

We are excited to share that on Tuesday, May 24th 2022 from 1:00PM-2:15PM, there will be a free viewing of My Disability Roadmap.  It is a short documentary film featuring and co-directed by Samuel Habib an incredible self advocate; who, together with his co director father Dan Habib take on "transition planning" from a very personal perspective. 

This event will include a virtual Q & A session with Sam and Dan.

Samuel Habib, 21, wants to date, leave home, go to college. But he drives a 350-pound wheelchair, uses a communication device, and can have a seizure at any moment. Determined to find his path forward, he seeks out guidance from America's most rebellious disability activists. Will they empower him to launch the bold adult life he craves?
