Mrs. Fallica is the Clinical Director of East End Services at PBS Consulting. She is a NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst who has been working in the field of developmental disabilities for over 15 years. She received her Masters degree and Certificate of Advanced Studies in Applied Behavior Analysis from Long Island University. She is a certified ADHD professional. Currently, she is a Board Member & Support Group Facilitator for Suffolk County CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder). She also serves on the board of Positive Community Connections. Previously, she assumed various roles including Project Director of Family Behavior Support Program, Behavior Intervention Specialist and Psychology Coordinator at Developmental Disabilities Institute. In addition, she has presented at the New York State Association of Day Service Providers Conference, and served as an Adjunct Professor at Long Island University.
